Support Engineer(s)

Profile
Ecofont is looking for Support Engineer(s) to assist with our helpdesk and daily service activities, including small development projects and rollouts, technical webinars and Q&A. Ideally the candidates will have previous experience working with printing solutions in a small business support environment where they have been required to adapt to multiple customers’ requirements and deliver a consistent service throughout. We are seeking applicants who are fluent/native speakers and writers of English (in addition to Dutch). Additional global languages (i.e. Spanish, Portuguese or French) would be a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate follow-up to all inbound service requests;
  • Proactively follow-up on open tickets and technical queries;
  • Creating customized fonts for Enterprise customers;
  • Stay connected with our development team for product enhancements;
  • Customer happiness by creating a trusted experience throughout the service cycle.

Requirements

  • Must speak English and most preferably other global languages;
  • Proven experience working with customers in a support role;
  • Experience with network printer installations and basic network administration;
  • Knowledge of Windows 7/8/10 operating systems and standard printer drivers;
  • Flexibility and adaptability, able to work well in an start-up environment;

Inside Sales Manager

Profile
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Inside Sales Manager who is an accurate and a great communicator. The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for all inbound leads, customer inquiries, quotations and sales orders. We are seeking applicants who are fluent/native speakers and writers of English (in addition to Dutch). Additional global languages (i.e. Spanish, Portuguese or French) would be a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate follow-up to all inbound commercial requests;
  • Proactively follow-up on open queries and sales quotations;
  • Maintain all customer data in Salesforce.com and report back on funnel to the management;
  • Customer happiness by creating a trusted experience throughout the sales cycle;
  • Drive sales to meet and exceed growth expectations;
  • Stay connected to the customer by working closely with Support on service requests.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with customers in a sales role;
  • Strong communication skills, able to sell via e-mail and phone;
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com;

Online Marketing Manager

We are looking for a smart and passionate Online Marketing Manager with great writing skills. The Online Marketing Manager is responsible for all activities and content via our (social) media channels to optimise Ecofont’s brand awareness and generate demand. We are seeking applicants who are fluent/native speakers and writers of English (in addition to Dutch). Additional global languages (i.e. Spanish, Portuguese or French) would be a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor all marketing activities via social media channels;
  • Proactively find, create and post relevant content for Ecofont;
  • Maintain marketing data in Salesforce.com and report back on campaigns to the management;
  • Create and manage online advertising campaigns;
  • Drive brand awareness and exceed growth expectations;
  • Stay connected to our audiences by working closely with Sales and Support.
